Huge thanks to Morrisons Helensburgh-Customer & Community for allowing us to collect money for Gareloch RDA last Saturday. We really enjoyed ourselves – just look at those smiles! A fantastic total of £243.90 was raised through generous customer donations into the bucket collection and an online donation facility set up by the store’s community champions. It’s wonderful to be a part of such a supportive community!
Our ponies love doing their bit to reduce food waste, especially when it involves 60kg of carrots! Many thanks to the Co-op in Helensburgh for donating them and for allowing our ponies to do their bit in reducing food waste, and to Kate for collecting them for us!

A huge thank you for your support – every time you have bought Co-Op branded products, the Co-Op has donated to us on your behalf. It seems you’ve been quite busy! The recent GRDA Quiz Night held at Cardross Golf Club raised £600 thanks to the great support from members of both GRDA and the golf club. Over 60 quizzers attended and although we didn’t have a GRDA winning team, one of our teams did receive a prize (the name of one of our sponsors is the clue!).
Thanks to everyone who contributed to the night and to the raffle prizes. Thanks to Cardross Golf Club and a big thanks to Quizmaster and Cardross GC member Peter Sullivan for making it such an enjoyable night.
Cardross Golf Club are hosting Quiz Night in support of Gareloch RDA.
It’ll take place on Sunday 13th November at 7.30pm.
